As a company owner, you can easily build your personal case and articulate how these motivators pertain to you.
What about your coworkers?
- Are they connecting with others? With you?
- Do they feel a sense of belonging?
- Do they have the wherewithal to make a difference?
Where do you start? How do you bring this all together?
There really is only one place to start: WHY are you in business? Your WHY is the starting point. As you close out the year and get ready for 2017, spend some time this week and think about these motivators.
If you have established your WHY, make sure there is a relationship between your coworkers and these motivators. Then, think of ways to strengthen it.
If you haven’t established your WHY, think about these motivators. Do they seem important? If so, use them to motivate yourself and get cracking on that WHY!
